Super Talent SuperSpeed USB 3.0 RAIDDRIVE Breaks 300MB/s

Two months ago Super Talent announced the new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 RAIDDrive, which supports transfer speeds up to ten times faster than USB 2.0 drives. Super Talent recently posted up a video showing the performance of these new USB 3.0 drives in their test labs. They showed that RAIDDRIVE was able to run more than 300MB/s using their SuperSpeed USB 3.0 RAIDDrive with the popular benchmark CrystalDiskMark. These USB 3.0 drives are benchmarking out very nice and we can't wait to see them this week at CES 2010!

USB 3.0 SSD RAIDDRIVE breaks the 300MBps barrier and becomes the fastest USB drive on the market. Pocket-sized "USB flash drive" is actually two SSD drives in a RAID 0 configuration, for speed. This little drive outperforms internal drive speeds and all over the USB 3.0 bus.
