Razer Introduces New MMO Mouse
Razer, manufacturer of some of the finest gaming peripherals on the market, has announced two new products that will be added to its main product list. The largest announcement being a new MMO mouse called the Naga that will sell for $79.99 and be catered specifically to MMO players. Many high-end features are included with the mouse, such as a 5600 dpi 3.5G laser sensor, 1ms response time, 200 inches per second tracking speed, along with seventeen buttons located on the mouse for special use in MMO gaming experiences. Software add-ons for certain titles will also be available for users to customize their Naga with to allow for more fluid gaming while playing their favorite Massive Multiplayer Online game. Along with their announcement of the new mouse, Razer is also introducing a new mouse pad named the Megasoma, which is meant to offer a medium between soft and hard mouse pads. The new surface compliments the Naga nicely, though any of Razer’s mouse pads will also do that; the Megasoma will sell for $49.99.

Patriot Sector 5 Memory Kits for P55 Chipsets
Patriot Memory is getting ready for the launch of the Core i7 and Core i5 processors based on the P55 chipset/LGA1156 platform. The new processors will use a dual channel memory controller and Patriot has announced its Sector 5 gaming series of memory kits specifically engineered for the dual-channel architecture. The modules will come in two flavors starting with the Viper II extreme latency modules in 1333-, 1600-, 1800- and 2000MHz speeds. In addition, Patriot has elected to bundle the Futuremark 3DMark Advantage benchmarking software with the Sector 5 Viper II kits in speeds of 1333MHz and higher. The second half of the Sector 5 kits are the "G" Series enhanced latency modules being offered in speeds of 1333MHz and 1600MHz for slightly less performance but at a more attractive price. There are a total of six different products in the series and all are 4GB (2 x 2GB) kits. Patriot has not yet released any detailed specifications on actual timings for the kits nor was any pricing information available.
