When you plan a vacation one of the major concerns is always a camera that will be needed to record all those memorable moment at the beach, mountain, desert etc. When it comes to cameras, choices are numerous these days, but there is always present a fear of damaging camera with water or dust. If accident occurs it is most likely that photos on memory card will be salvageable, but camera will be most likely ruined for the rest of vacation. Waterproof camera models are pretty scarce and expensive while other solution to this problem can be purchase of waterproof chassis for certain modes of cameras. Recently Olympus has introduced few interesting compact waterproof cameras and now Canon is joining that market with its PowerShot D10 model.

Eleven is better than ten
Termination of 12inch Mini netbook probably wasn't Dell's best move if you ask people who want cheap and light netbook, but with screen larger that 10inch. Well, some damage is repaired with introduction of the new Inspiron 11z. As the name suggest, this netbook has 11,6 inch wide-screen, with most welcomed 1,366 x 768 LED-backlit panel. Instead of Atom processor, CPU is 1.2 GHz Celeron 723, offering a bit more power for less battery life.

WD TV got little brother
Just few days after we discuss WDTV 2 device, another one from same family is announced. WDTV Mini is much smaller version 91 (W) x 91 (L) x 21 (H) mm, of already available device, and not so great performance wise. There is no more HDMI and 1080p support, with component and composite video outputs used instead. List of supported formats is much shorter: AVI (Xvid, MPEG1/2/4), MEPG, VOB, MP3, MP4, RMVB (RealMedia Variable Bitrate) 8/9/10, WMA, AAC, OGG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG.
